Marigot:--- A French Taxi Driver and father of a 16 year old daughter was condemned to 18 months suspended sentence on Thursday for sexual aggression of his minor daughter. The father identified as L.L. of Grand Case was sentenced to 18 months suspended sentence with a probation period of two years. He also lost his civil rights for a period of three years and his parental rights to his minor daughter. Another hearing will take place on March 28th, 2013 in the Civil Courts because the victim has petitioned the court for the damages she suffered at the hands of her father.
It should be noted that the father did not sexually molest his daughter but he appeared to have touched his daughter inappropriately.
