Philipsburg:--- Residents and drivers on A.T. Illidge Road were stuck in traffic on Sunday afternoon when at least three police patrols rushed to A.T. Illidge Road to attend to a minor traffic accident between a black jeep and a four wheeler. When the first patrol reached the scene of the accident he was overheard reporting back to the command center that it was a minor traffic accident and no one was hurt. However, that did not stop two other patrols from driving at high speeds one behind the other with their sirens on rushing to the scene as though they were going to a gruesome murder or robbery scene. The actions of the police on Sunday afternoon showed they had no respect for the drivers who queued up in long lines to get their destination because the police vehicles doubled every vehicle they saw and blocked off the entire area.
