Philipsburg:--- UTS has committed its financial support to the tune of $1000 towards the youth table tennis tournament of the Rotary Club of St. Maarten Mid-isle, which is organized in close cooperation with the St. Maarten Table Tennis Federation. The event is scheduled for March 16th at the L.B. Scott Sports Auditorium and will showcase local and regional teams competing. "Of course we are happy to contribute to any initiative that will foster a healthy competitive spirit and physical activity in the youth of St. Maarten," said UTS Marketing & Communication Officer, Ivy Lambert. "We commend the Rotary Club Of St. Maarten Mid-isle for putting its support behind the St. Maarten Youth Table Tennis Federation and assisting them to raise funds for the youngsters to be able to attend regional competitions.
