Philipsburg:--- The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams yesterday congratulated Former Vice-President Aline Hanson on becoming president of the Collectivite of St. Martin. "I would like to congratulate President Hanson on becoming the new President of the Collectivite and I very much look forward to a continued close working relationship between St. Maarten South and St. Martin North. I would also like to congratulate President Hanson in being the first female president of the Collectivite and wish her the best of luck in her new function. Although I regret the circumstances that have affected our Neighbors to the North I do believe the new president of the Collectivity is up to the task and I look forward to working with her for the common good of the people of St. Maarten/ St. Martin" commented the Prime Minister.
