Philipsburg:--- On Wednesday May 29th, 2013, a short swearing-in ceremony was held at the Philipsburg Police Station in the presence of the Chief of Police Peter de Witte and other colleagues. During this ceremony Mrs. Tishandra Constant was officially sworn in by the Honorable Acting Minister of Justice Roland Tuitt as a Forensic Specialist/Special Investigator with the Sint Maarten Police and attached to the Forensic Department. Mrs. Constant was congratulated by all present and wished much success.
