Harbour View:--- On Wednesday afternoon June 5, 2013 His Excellency the Governor of Sint Maarten, drs. E.B. Holiday, received a draft national decree from caretaker Vice Prime Minister William Marlin regulating the dissolution of Parliament and the holding of early elections. In addition, Governor Holiday, received the report of the current formation process from formateur Sarah Wescot-Williams on late Friday afternoon June 7, 2013. The Governor has informed Minister Marlin and formateur Wescot-Williams that he will evaluate the draft national decree and the formation report taking the pertinent regulations into account.
