GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- On Thursday the Financial Intelligence Units of Sint Maarten and the BES Islands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba) organized a training session about Identity and Document Fraud. The training was carried out under the context of the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing.
The training was provided by the Dutch Royal Military Police and is focused primarily at the financial institutions of Saba, St. Eustatius and Sint Maarten.
The session was held at the Maho Convention Center.
