President of Parliament receives Annual Report from the Council of Advice.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The Vice President of the High Council of State, the Council of Advice Hon. Mavis Brooks-Solomon presented the annual report of the Council to the President of Parliament Hon. Gracita Arrindell last week.
