PHILIPSBURG:--- Outgoing President Jon Hart of the Rotary Club of Sint Maarten-Mid Isle recently presented Past Assistant Governor of District 7020 Jim Ferris with a token of appreciation for his support and guidance of the six Rotary Clubs on St. Maarten/St. Martin, Anguilla and St. Barths under his helm from 2010-2013.
