Millinium Construction Pro’s to file Injunction against Government Next Week.

PHILIPSBURG:--- The coordinators of Millinium Construction Pro's (MCP) intend to file a court injunction against the Government of St. Maarten next week.
According to MCP cordinator  Slyvin Flanders, the company instructed their lawyer Attorney at Law Roland Duncan to file an injunction against government for not living up to the bid and contract they won with the FOGA Development plan. According to the company's coordinator said that they met with the MInistry of VROMI where Minister Lake asked the company Manager to retract the letter that was sent to him by their lawyer. MCP made clear to the Minister that he needed to put in writing what he will do with regards to contract awarded to MCP on the FOGA development. MCP said to date they have not recieved anything in wrirting and therefore the instructed their lawyer to move forward.
Flanders said the Minister of VROMI wanted MCP to meet with him and for them to abandon the instruction their lawyer sent him but they refused to do so. "We did meet but there is no was agreement made with MCP and Minister Lake.
Flanders further stated that the last time he spoke to his Managing Director Franklin Patrick he was supposed to meet with the company's lawyer and instruct him to move to courts.
Attorney at Law Roland Duncan also confirmed that his clients instructed him to file a court injunction next week. Duncan said that he knows nothing about an agreement the company has with the Minister and he is busy right now preparing to submit the court injunction.
