PHILIPSBURG:--- On August 15 the Philipsburg Toastmasters installed four new members Leeandra illidge, Elvida Gumbs, Glendon Wilson, Karim Hamer in photo with the new members is President Georges Richardson.
On the International level the membership of Toastmasters has grown with more than 292,000 members in over 14,350 clubs in over 122 countries.
