SIMPSON BAY:--- On Sunday morning October 27th, 2013 at approximately 5:30am, an eighteen year old male was arrested for the possession of an illegal firearm by a Simpson Bay police patrol after he was seen behaving quite suspicious in the vicinity of McDonalds in Simpson Bay. The patrol saw when this man threw away an object that he had, hidden under his shirt between the vehicles that were parked in the parking lot of McDonalds. The suspect was stopped by the police and when the investigating officers searched the area a double barrel handgun was found and confiscated. The suspect was arrested on the scene and taken to the Philipsburg police station where he was held for questioning by the Detective Department.
