DUTCH QUARTER:--- Two men were arrested by police in the Union Farm area on Saturday October 26th, 2013 at approximately 4:15am after they were caught in the act of removing parts from a silver colored Kia Picanto that was reported stolen. The tools that were used to remove the parts from the stolen vehicle and the vehicle itself were confiscated for further investigation. Another vehicle that the suspects used to transport the stolen parts was also confiscated for further investigation. None of these vehicles had documents to prove ownership. The suspects who are 19 and 20 years old were arrested on the spot and are being held for questioning by the Detective Department.
