GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Hon. Patricia Lourens-Philip congratulated all those who attended the National Institute of Arts (NIA) activity on Sunday which was the official presentation of the organization to the community of Sint Maarten. The NIA is headed by Clara Reyes and Arlene Halley.
Minister Lourens-Philip said the NIA marked the end of a journey and commended the two ladies at the top of the foundation for the good work that they have been doing to produce and train the young people of the country.
