GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- Minister Plenipotentiary Hon. Mathias Voges met with the Director of the Human Resources Department at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ines Coppoolse at the Sint Maarten House in The Hague where the topic of appointment of Ambassadors of the Kingdom was discussed.
Particular focus was on the appointment of Ambassadors in the Caribbean and Latin America, where the Kingdom Government will be appointing a new Ambassador to Trinidad & Tobago (Port of Spain) and Brazil (Brasilia).
Minister Voges brought forward the need for St. Martiners to have the opportunity of on the job training at the different embassies in the region such as the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Panama, Venezuela and Colombia.
