SIMPSON BAY:--- The Community Police Officer (CPO) for the Simpson Bay area is asking the owners of the boats in the photos to come forward and have them removed before the beginning of the Heineken Regatta.
If the owners do not comply, the boats will be removed at the owners' expense.
