PHILIPSBURG:--- The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams received a token of appreciation from the Current Board of the Soualiga Toastmasters Club during their tenth year anniversary. During the celebration, which was also the Club's pre-valentines day meeting, the Prime Minister was honored for having started the club some ten years ago. The PM expressed her thanks and credited the Toastmaster organizations on the island for giving the opportunity to members to sharpen their public speaking and oratory skills.
