PHILIPSBURG:--- The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams joined with family and friends in wishing local matriarch Mrs. Edith Pantophlet a Happy 87th Birthday at a party at her residence on Saturday. The Prime Minister wished Ms. Edith, as she is affectionately known a Happy Birthday and commended her for being a matriarch for the Downstreet and Philipsburg community.
