PHILIPSBURG:--- Over the weekend Minister of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment and Infrastructure (Ministry of VROMI) Hon. Maurice Lake inspected the Fort Willem Bridge where a new guard rail was installed. "Residents alerted me about the situation in their neighborhood about how the lack of a guard rail was resulting in cars falling into the trench. This was a very dangerous situation and action was taken to install a guard rail that improves safety for drivers as well as pedestrians. It's the little things that make a big difference in the community," Hon. Minister Maurice Lake said on Sunday.
