DUTCH QUARTER:--- On Friday June 13th, 2014 at approximately 8:50am, a 14 year old boy with initials I.C.S. was arrested in Dutch Quarter for the possession of a knife. The parents and the lawyer of the suspect were informed of the incident before being questioned. The suspect remained over the weekend for questioning and was released on Monday morning in the custody of his parents.
