Fire Truck that total loss BUS 220 was on its way to rescue a dog --- BUS 220 Registered in Police Officer’s Name.

trafficaccidentfillin25052014PHILIPSBURG:--- According to well-placed sources, the fire truck that was involved in an accident with BUS 220 on Wednesday was on its way to rescue a dog. On Wednesday Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson told SMN News that the fire truck was on its way to put out a bush fire when the accident occurred on Pondfill Road next to NV GEBE. The accident left the driver of the bus and a passenger injured. The driver of the vehicle had to be removed from the vehicle with the jaws of life as he was trapped inside the vehicle.
SMN News contacted Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson to verify if the fire truck was on its way to rescue a dog or if it was on its way to put out a fire. Henson said at the time he made the statement he received information that the fire truck was responding to bush fire over the bank.
Further research by SMN News shows that BUS 220 is registered to a cop identified as C. Rombley.
