FRENCH QUARTER:--- A young man identified as "Chulo", a member of the Flanders family, got into a motorcycle accident just after midday on Tuesday in front of the French Quarter Cultural Center. According to several persons on the scene, the young man was exiting Rue Impasse Adams Alexandre when he lost control of the green DAX motorcycle he was riding and ended up under a car on the opposite side of the road. The rider of the motorcycle ended up under the shed of a nearby restaurant where ambulance personnel were seen attending to him.
