PHILIPSBURG:--- The 48 year old man with initials E.Y. (Emmanuel York), who was arrested on June 11, 2014, remains in pre-trial detention. On Monday, the judge of instruction ordered, on request of the public prosecutor, the extension of the pretrial
detention for a period of 60 days. The judge of instruction (still) deems there are serious indications against E.Y. The suspect is in pre-trial detention on suspicion of sexual abuse and rape of several minors.
