PHILIPSBURG:--- Due to the passing of the late Patricia Pantophelt a trade-unionist who represented the WICSU/PSU for 3 Executive Years (9 years), the WICSU/PSU will have a condolence book for all members to sign during working hours from Monday through Friday.
Ms pantophlet has been representing Women throughout the Caribbean Region, elevating to First Acting as the Titular Member on the Public Service International (PSI) World Executive Board. Sis Pantophlet will be greatly missed by all far and near.
