ARCH ROAD:--- On Monday September 8th, 2014 at approximately 3:00am, a vehicle with license-plate M-11919 in which three men were driving was stopped by a police patrol on the Arch Road. The occupants of this vehicle according to reports were involved in a dispute shortly before at a popular night club on the A. Th. Illidge Road. During the dispute according to the reports a gun was pulled by the driver of the car. During a search of the vehicle a .22 caliber pistol was found under the driver's seat of the vehicle. The driver and the other two passengers were arrested for illegal firearm possession. They were taken to Philipsburg Police Station for questioning by the detectives. The victim involved in the dispute was advised to file charges.
