GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- On Thursday, September 25, 2014, the Council of Ministers convened a meeting with the General Pension Fund St. Maarten (APS). APS was represented by the Chairman of the APS Board Mr. Franklyn E. Richards, APS Director Ms. Kendra Arnell and APS Adjunct Director Mr. George Willems. APS provided the Council with an update regarding its administration, tasks and responsibilities.
