PHILIPSBURG:--- Ms. Agnes Monte, treasurer of the Walichi Basketball Association (WBA) recently received a check from Ms. Inocensia Leonard of Leonard Enterprises in support of the Ladies Basketball Championship which will run from October 5th until March 2015 at the Melford Hazel Sports Complex in Sucker Garden. Leonard Enterprises has come on as gold sponsor of the championship and are happy to be able to give back for such a great cause of females in sports and staying active. The board of Walichi Basketball Association would like to extend a great thank you to Leonard Enterprises for believing in our vision for the youth and females to bring about growth in the sport of basketball on the island. The Ladies Basketball Championship would not be possible without the business community support, including Leonard Enterprises.
