PHILIPSBURG:--- Chippie winner Melanie Fernan (center), flanked by UTS Marketing and Communications Officer, Ivy Lambert (left) and UTS Service Market Manager (right). Ms. Fernan was selected as the winner of Chippie's Puerto Rico Shopping Spree raffle, offered during the months of November and December at Chippie Top Up locations throughout St. Maarten. Ms Fernan was presented with her prize before her departure. Ms. Fernan and one (1) travel companion enjoyed a long weekend of Shopping in Puerto Rico this past weekend, which included airfare and hotel accommodation for two, as well as $2500 in spending money.
