PHILIPSBURG:--- APS, St. Maarten's general pension fund administrator is extending its apologies for a delay in the sending out of pensioners pay slips.
APS explains that the delay concerns pensioners' pay slips for the month of January 2015.
It must be noted for clarity sake that the customary payments have been made on time but that only the accompanying pay slips are late in being issued.
The delay is being attributed to unforeseen challenges resulting from an ongoing upgrading of the APS payroll administration software.
APS expects the situation to be resolved by the middle of the coming week, so that the pay slips can be sent out.
