Those responsible for one or more gravesites in the cemeteries are requested to contact the Department of Funeral Affairs at 0590-87-61-51 to make an appointment to identify the graves. At the time of your appointment, you’re requested to bring an id, the death certificate of the burial permit or any document certifying the date of burial.
As of this work of identification will be finished, the restructure phase of the cemeteries will begin by establishing the unidentified plots. The Collectivite of St. Martin wants to warn its citizens on the importance of this procedure, which aims to properly restructure the congestion at the public cemeteries and identify free plots.
