Personal development for sustainability.

chittick16122019PHILIPSBURG:--- Members of the POWER TO SERVE Toastmasters Club took some time to express their gratitude to GEBE CEO, Mr. Kenrick Chittick, for investing in their personal development. The PTSTC was chartered in 2017 for the GEBE employees with the support of Mr. Chittick, who recognized that assisting employees in their personal development is equally beneficial to the sustainability of the employees, GEBE and by extension to its customers.
While only in its 1st year of operation, THE POWER TO SERVE Corporate Toastmasters Club was the proud recipient of the Select Distinguished award for the term 2017-2018 from Toastmasters International. Toastmasters is a nonprofit educational organization that operates clubs worldwide for the purpose of promoting communication, and public speaking and leadership skills.
President of the POWER TO SERVE Toastmasters Club, Mr. Wayne Jeffers and club Founder and VP Education, Mr. Georges Richardson, felt that honoring Mr. Chittick with the Select Distinguished award was a good way to thank him for his continual support and commitment to employee development through Toastmasters.
In the Toastmasters recognition program, clubs around the globe are challenged yearly to accomplish a number of goals that are directly tied to the achievements of club members. This dependence of club success on their members’ achievements ensures that membership development is the top priority. With the club’s sustainable development in mind, President Jeffers and VPE Richardson remain committed to encouraging more GEBE employees to join this beneficial organization.
