Marigot: -- Three female passengers of an Atos were severely injured on Thursday night on the Bellevue main road. The accident occurred somewhere around 10:30pm while the gendarmes and emergency services took over half an hour to respond to the scene. Bystanders at the accident scene told SMN News that the perpetrators of the accident hit the Atos from behind injuring all three of the occupants. The vehicle that hit the car was nowhere to be found. On the ground was one of the victims who were not responding to those in the immediate area. Another victim is said to have a broken finger.
In the meantime the gendarmes are calling on all eyewitnesses to the accident to come forward with whatever information they may have. A press release from the gendarmes stated that at least four persons that were in the vehicle are seriously hurt and was transported to the Louis Constant Fleming Hospital where they are currently receiving treatment.
