The Court Condemns Shareholder Michel Ferrier – Violation of Article 2:185 Penal code -Abuse of Power in Strong Arming – Shipyard SAGA.

ferrieremmanuel03102021PHILIPSBURG:--- That Shipyard NV to which Mr. Michael Ferrier claimed in his letter of March 26th, 2019 he is a shareholder and director owes the government over a million guilders and he needs to go pay.
That the former Minister of Finance Mr. Micheal Ferrier has attempted to make use of his former position as Minister and current relationship to the current government to, by means of his letter dated March 26th, to strong-arm the Minister of VROMI to pull back his decision to cancel the lease of the Shipyard N.V., which is in violation of article 2:185 of the penal code regarding false impersonation.”
The decision of the Courts Condemns Micheal Ferrier, Shipyard, Shanny, and Duzanson to dispose of the parcels with certificate numbers 1993/279, 1993/210, 1993/63, 2006/185, 2006/186, 2006/187, 395/1996, and 231/1995 within 30 days of this judgment to vacate with all those and that which are thereon and to put them in good condition and complete disposal of the Country, such with authorization to the Country to call in the strong arm of the police and the judiciary if necessary and on pain of forfeiture a penalty of USD 1,000.00 per lot for each day or part of that Shipyard, Shanny and Duzanson default, Further the court's orders Shipyard to pay NAf. 1,250,070.73 in canon, calculated as of September 21, 2021, plus the statutory interest on this from the due date of each canon term until the day of full payment, condemns Shanny to pay the Land NAf. 685,138.69 in canon, calculated as of September 21, 2021, plus the statutory interest on this from the due date of each canon term until the day of full payment.
The Court also condemns Duzanson to pay the Land NAf. 56,238.00 in canon, calculated as of September 21, 2021, plus the statutory interest on this from the due date of each canon term until the day of full payment, orders Shipyard to pay the Land in the amount of canon or usage fee NAf. 10,634.00 per month, from September 21, 2018, until the date of eviction of the plots given to it on long lease condemns Shanny to pay the Land in the amount of canon or usage fee NAf. 1,737.00 per month, from September 21, 2018, until the date of eviction of the plots given to it on a long lease, Also, the courts condemn Duzanson to pay the Land in the amount of canon or usage fee NAf.
360.50 per month, from September 21, 2018, until the date of eviction of the plots given to it on a long lease, condemns Shipyard, Shanny, and Duzanson jointly and severally, such that if one pays the other will be freed, in the costs of the proceedings, on the part of the Land estimated at nil in disbursements and at NAf. 18,000.00 in the salary of authorized representative, with the statutory interest thereon until the day of full payment from 14 days after today until the day of full payment, declares this judgment provisionally enforceable, rejects the more or otherwise advanced.
This judgment was rendered by Mr. A.J.J. van Rijen, Judge, and pronounced in open court on 14 September 2021 in the presence of the Registrar.
