In a brief presentation ceremony Wednesday, the lucky winner, Ms. Gloria Hermance, was presented with her winning prize along with a warm welcome, a beautiful arrangement of flowers, and a gift bag to make her Christmas season bright.
Ms. Hermance was randomly selected at the end of the promotion for the winning prize which consists of a Prepaid Duo Play Comfort package that includes up to 25 Mbps download up to 10Mbps upload speeds and $10 in landline call credit, all at a monthly value of $100 per month.
The lucky winner disclosed how surprised she was when she was called and informed of her good fortune.
“I couldn’t believe I had won. It made me very happy,” said the loyal TelEm customer.
TelEm Group Residential Manager Marketing & Sales, Julie Zambrini, said the TelEm Fiber 20 years free Fiber promotion really got the attention of customers when the promotion was launched in November.
Julie recalled how the company received streams of questions from customers and members of the public seeking information on how they can enter their names in the raffle when the promotion was first launched.
“Everyone who signed up for Fiber before December 20 automatically qualified to win our grand prize and existing customers who already had Fiber were also included in the raffle draw,” said Julie.
