The first round of the presidential elections will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 08:00 to 7:00 p.m. for the Communities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin (and not Sunday, April 10, 2022).
You will find, at the following address: https://www.cnccep.fr/candidats.html, for each candidate the electronic version of his profession of faith in three versions:
• The general version of the declaration, which will also be sent to all voters by post in hard copy in the next few days;
• The version translated into Easy to Read and Understand (FALC) language. This version is intended for people with disabilities or who have difficulty understanding. She favors the use of common words and the use of short sentences associating pictograms with the text;
• The version recorded in audio format.
The obligation for electoral candidates to produce a version of their statement written in
a language intended for people with disabilities or with difficulties in understanding constitutes a novelty: the obligation now included in Article R. 38-1 of the Code election is now applicable to all elections and results from decree no. 2021-174
