Philipsburg:---On Wednesday evening police stopped a vehicle, Hyundai Getz, carrying license plate 426ZAT971, after passing the patrol car in St. Peters, the officers detected the smell (odor) of Marijuana. During a body search that followed, a play toy gun (type Bereta) and a small sack containing Marijuana were discovered on the driver. The weapon that looked like a real gun and the drug were confiscated. The suspect D.D.W., from St. Maarten (18) was arrested pending further investigation.
