It's time SXM Foundation President and members were shocked when they learned of the passing of Mrs. Felicia James. Mr. Cloyd Ohndhae Marlin: “It was just a few months ago that we were at Pasture Piece Historic Retreat located in Cul de Sac to honor her on her 80th birthday. We were part of the team that assisted with the planning of the birthday surprise celebration and prepared a full catering service for close family and friends. A well-deserved tribute highlights a milestone age many have not lived to see. Mrs. James did not only serve her country in various capacities of government but more importantly, remained a strong community activist over the years, helping others in need.”
Mr. Marlin continued: “To her family, we thank you for the opportunity to be part of her 80th birthday celebration. We wish you much strength in the coming days ahead as you plan a final tribute to your loved one – Mrs. Felicia James. May she continue to rest in eternal peace.”
