PHILIPSBURG: --- The chairlady of the Supervisory Board of Directors (SBOD) of Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIAE) has officially resigned from the SBOD of Etnel who also resigned from TELEM Group of Companies remains a consultant for TELEM while the company already recruited a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) whose appointment has been delayed.
SMN News learned that there are some differences of opinion among the SBOD members and Etnel whom they accuse of micromanaging the operating board. Etnel submitted her resignation over a week ago.
Other members of the SBOD of PJIAE that have resigned are Clarence Derby, and Kamla Bensancon.
While on the Holding Director Keith Franca and Lisa Haverthong also resigned.
