Fete Drapo” Haitian Flag Day Celebration.

The Haitian Association of Sint Maarten, also known as "HASMA," is excited to announce that we are organizing this year's "FET DRAPO" on May 18th at Emilio Wilson Park. The event is of historical and cultural importance and will highlight and commemorate the Haitian people, but we would also be including Country St. Maarten in our celebration.
This year's "FET DRAPO" is particularly special because it will commemorate the 220th anniversary of the creation of the Haitian flag. The theme for this year's event is "My Flag is my Identity." The Haitian flag is a symbol of unity, freedom, and pride for Haitians worldwide, and we believe it is essential to celebrate and honor it.
The event will be a vibrant and colorful celebration of Haitian culture and heritage, featuring music, dance, food, and various cultural activities. The Haitian community in Sint Maarten is diverse and thriving, and this event will bring together people of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities to celebrate and learn about our Haitian culture.
We would be honored if your Organization/Foundation or Business could support us within your means towards our event. Your contribution would aid in the success of the event and enable us to continue celebrating and promoting Haitian culture in Sint Maarten.
As a sponsor, your organization will be highlighted and promoted via all our media releases leading up to and during the event. We believe that only by doing this together we will serve and have an impact on the Haitian Community band and also share our love and culture. This will be a free event for everyone to attend as we aim to showcase Haiti’s Beauty, Food, Culture, Talent, and much more.
Thank you for considering our request, and we look forward to partnering with you for this monument event.
