Central Committee meeting of Parliament regarding several draft National Ordinances.

PHILIPSBURG:---The House of Parliament will sit in a Central Committee meeting on June 23, 2023.
The Central Committee meeting is scheduled for Friday, at 10.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Minister of Public Health, Social Development and Labor, Mr. O.E. Ottley will be present.

The agenda points are:
1. Ontwerplandsverordening tot vaststelling van de jaarrekening van het land Sint Maarten voor het dienstjaar 2021 (Landsverordening vaststelling jaarrekening 2021) (IS/750/2022-2023 d.d. 8 mei 2023) (Zittingsjaar 2022-2023-167)

National Ordinance establishing the annual accounts for St. Maarten for the financial year 2021 (National Ordinance establishing accounts 2021) (Parliamentary Year 2022-2023-167)

2. Ontwerplandsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening Algemene ouderdomsverzekering, de Landsverordening algemene weduwen- en wezenverzekering, Landsverordening minimumlonen, de Landsverordening ziekteverzekering, en de Landsverordening ongevallenverzekering ter aanpassing van de peilperiode voor het prijsindexcijfer van de gezinsconsumptie (IS/853/2022-2023 d.d. 9 juni 2023) (Zittingsjaar 2022-2023-168)

Draft National Ordinance to amend the National Ordinance General Old Age Insurance, the National Ordinance General Widows and Orphans Insurance, National Ordinance Minimum Wages, the National Ordinance Health Insurance, and the National Ordinance Accident Insurance to adjust the reference period for the price index of household consumption (IS/853/2022-2023 dated 9 June 2023) (Parliamentary Year 2022-2023-168)
