SMN News learnt that Heyliger is impressed with the 600 votes Arrindell obtained during the January 22 election and he wants to make sure she does not change her mind. "It's about votes and winning for Heyliger so he can remain in government to complete the half a billion road projects he has in the works." The source said. When contacted for a comment Heyliger confirmed he has been talking with several persons to form his new party. He did not say when and where he is going to sign off on the declaration.
