PHILIPSBURG:--- The House of Parliament will sit in a Public meeting on October 13, 2023.
The Public meeting, which started on June 22, 2023, with a continuation and adjournment on September 1, 2023, will be reconvened on Friday, 12.30 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg. The Prime Minister and Minister of General Affairs, Ms. Silveria E. Jacobs, will be in attendance.
The agenda point is:
1. Update on all matters related to TELEM (IS/169/2022-2023 dated November 7, 2022, and IS/869/2022-2023 dated June 19, 2023)
Agenda point 1 was requested by MP G.S. Heyliger-Marten, MP M.D. Gumbs and MP S.L. Duncan.
The meeting will continue with the Minister of General Affairs providing answers to the questions posed by Members of Parliament in the second round at agenda point one (1).
Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.
All persons visiting the House of Parliament must adhere to the house rules.
