PHILIPSBURG:--- Sol Antilles N.V., the leading provider of energy solutions in the Caribbean region, has partnered with the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunrise for the third time to provide breakfast to students of the Leonald Conner Primary School in Cay Bay.
The school manager, Ms. Alice Samuel, thanked Sol Antilles N.V. and the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunrise for sponsoring the breakfast program at the school. The breakfast program, which caters to approximately fifty (50) students, allows students to start the day with a healthy breakfast, which helps them to focus better and learn better.
Valda Hazel, President of the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunrise thanked Sol Antilles N.V. for partnering with the club to ensure this important program continued in the new school year. We commend businesses such as Sol Antilles N.V. who contributes to projects that are geared towards the welfare of our community. Corporate Social Responsibility should be a vital component of a business strategy. The main goal of the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunrise breakfast program is to ensure that no child starts their school day on an empty stomach. Currently the club has breakfast programs running in seven schools and soon will be adding an eight school to the bunch.
