Court condemns Olivier Arrindell for defamation and slander on all counts.

~ Rectification must be made within 24 hours or face a penalty of USD 5000.00 per day with a maximum of USD 1M.

jacobsmelinda24112023PHILIPSBURG:--- The court of First Instance has condemned Olivier Arrindell on all counts brought against him by Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs in an injunction case that was before the court on November 3rd, 2023. The courtroom was packed to capacity with supporters who attended the session. A second courtroom was also made available for persons who showed up at the courthouse in support of the Prime Minister and Minister of VSA.
On Friday, November 24th, 2023, the court ruled that Arrindell must make specific videos and audio recordings that he must share in his Whatsapp group. These recordings must be sent to the legal representatives of Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs. Failing to comply with the court’s order on each count Arrindell faces a fine of USD 5000.00 per day with a maximum of USD. 1,000,000.
The first statement Arrindell must make is read: I. Olivier Emmanuel Arrindell would like to announce the following: I have called Ms. Silveria Jacobs corrupt repeatedly and publicly. This serious accusation and or allegation is unfounded as I do not have any proof to substantiate this serious allegation in question.” Failing to comply with the court Arrindell has a penalty of USD. 5000 per day with a maximum of USD. 1.000.000.
Arrindell also has to make the same statement in the second count where he accused Silveria Jacobs of having direct or indirect involvement in business arrangements with Dwain Carbon. Acquisition Group from which arrangements she has financially benefitted. Arrindell is ordered to retract these statements failing to do so he also faces a penalty of USD 5000 daily with a maximum of USD 1.000.000.
On the third count, Arrindell has to retract the statements he made against Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs of having sexually harassed the female staff in her cabinet causing them to leave their jobs. He was ordered to rectify these allegations since they are unfounded and he does not have any proof to substantiate the serious accusations and allegations he made against Jacobs. Failing to comply with the court’s order Arrindell faces yet another penalty of USD 5000 daily to a maximum of USD 1.000.000.
The court further orders Arrindell to rectify statements against Jacobs where he states that she was molested as a child, and this contributed to her having psychological problems which also contributed to her being a lesbian. Failing to comply with the order of the court Arrindell faces a penalty of USD 5000 daily with a maximum of USD. 1.000.000.

All other claims were dismissed.
Arrindell is also ordered to pay the court costs and legal costs Jacobs endured in the court's procedure.
Arrindell was condemned on all six counts brought against him by Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs.
After the decision was pronounced by the Courts Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs told reports that justice had been served and that her good name had been vindicated by the courts. She said all statements Arrindell made against her were for political gain.
