Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention the recent release of the Operational Audit report conducted in September 2021, which has been made available to all on social media platforms. Regrettably, this information has been leaked and this action could do serious harm to the viability of the company. I encourage each of you to take the time to read the full report and familiarize yourselves with its findings.
The audit, covering the period from 2015 to 2020, aimed to assess various aspects of our operations. It is important to note that many of the observations and recommendations outlined in the report have already been addressed or are actively being worked on as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
To those deeply involved in our strategic programs, it might not be surprising that the audit revealed areas for enhancement. Some of you were even interviewed during the audit process, contributing valuable insights.
In response to a recent article in the Daily Herald, I have attached my Letter to the Editor. I find it crucial to mention that the audit did not uncover any indications of fraud. Transparency is key, and I want to assure you that we are committed to addressing issues and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
There have been ongoing discussions regarding a Forensic Audit at the request of some stakeholders. While we appreciate the diligence and concern, a comprehensive forensic audit of the entire company is a time-consuming process. However, should any indications of irregularities arise in specific areas, the relevant stakeholders are obligated to commission a thorough investigation.
It is worth noting that our financial practices undergo yearly audits, consistently receiving unqualified reports, indicating no signs of fraudulent activities.
I urge each of you not to rely on rumors or misinformation. Take the time to read the audit report yourselves and form your own conclusions. Transparency is our commitment, and we believe that an informed team contributes to the collective strength of our organization.
Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
Regards,
