To Whom It May Concern,
This missive is to address the allegations of fraud and embezzlement levied against the St. Maarten Youth Council Association, particularly against Ria Khudan.
Ms. Khudan serves as a project administrator with no financial responsibilities in the organization.
While we acknowledge that the process has taken too long, the St. Maarten Youth Council Association is diligently working to ensure that reimbursements are completed within a short.
A further statement on the situation will be given in a subsequent statement.
