PHILIPSBURG:--- The Ministry of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment, and Infrastructure (VROMI) hereby informs the public and residents that road works will commence on Longwall Road, Philipsburg, starting this evening, Thursday, March 13, 2025. These works are part of the ongoing Asphalt Resurfacing Project 2023-2024, with the final phase focused on completing road markings to enhance safety.
To facilitate the necessary upgrades, Longwall Road will be fully closed to vehicular traffic between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following morning until the completion of the works. During this period, motorists are advised to utilize Walter A. Nisbeth Road as an alternative route.
