WILLEMSTAD/PHILIPSBURG:--- On May 26, 2025, the Auditor’s Office in Zwolle issued its decision in the disciplinary proceedings initiated by the Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (CBCS), acting also on behalf of Ennia, against two former auditors of SunResorts Ltd. N.V. The Auditor’s Office found that the auditors had violated fundamental principles of professionalism and due diligence on several counts and, as a disciplinary measure, ordered that both auditors be temporarily removed from the professional register.
