Tropical Depression #10 at 11:00AM according to the National Hurricane Center was upgraded to the 10th named storm of the season, Tropical Storm Joyce.
Joyce at 11:00AM was located over 1300 miles east of the Leeward Islands out in the Atlantic Ocean. The storm does not pose a threat to Sint Maarten and is forecast to pass several hundred miles north of the island on Sunday.
