PHILIPSBURG:--- On the 22nd of August 2025, The Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset proudly hosted its first-ever Battle of the Clubs Game Night, bringing together members from all five Rotary clubs on the island for an unforgettable evening of fellowship, friendly competition, and true Rotary spirit.
More than just a game night, the event highlighted August as Membership and New Club Development Month on the Rotary calendar. In keeping with that theme, the Club was thrilled to welcome 12 prospective members, each allowed to mingle with Rotarians, participate in team challenges, and experience first-hand the warmth, energy, and togetherness that define Rotary.
The evening was filled with laughter, teamwork, and camaraderie as Rotarians faced off in spirited competitions that celebrated both fellowship and collaboration. Beyond the fun and games, prospective members engaged in meaningful conversations with Sunset Rotarians about the impactful projects already carried out in the community and the exciting plans for the Rotary year ahead.
“This event perfectly blended fellowship, team spirit, and membership growth,” said Alex PIERRE, President of the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset.
Membership Chair Krystel Davis added, “I am truly happy that the different clubs were able to come together in such a joyful way, and even more excited to see the number of prospects who participated and felt the spirit and love of Rotary.”
The Battle of the Clubs Game Night was a resounding success and promises to become a cherished tradition, strengthening ties among the island’s Rotary clubs while inspiring fresh energy and new membership for the future.
